Wash vegetables and treat them accordingly. Cut them into chunks. Boil carrots for 15 minutes in salted water. Drain them nice. Soak bread slices in milk and then squeeze nice. Blend (in a food processor or blender) the following ingredients: onions, red pepper, garlic, carrots, bread, parsley. If you do not have a blender grind them in a meat grinder or failing Grate or finely chop. To add minced meat smashed vegetables, eggs, thyme, pepper and if necessary - salt. Stir the mixture well. If it is too soft, add some breadcrumbs. Shape round balls the size optional. Place seeds in a bowl and mix. Roll meatballs in this mixture. It's nice to stay about 30 minutes to absorb moisture from the seeds of the mixture. Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake them in a preheated oven for about 50-60 minutes over medium heat. Baking time can vary, so after about 40 minutes try whether they are ready. * Interestingly occurs if you make small balls to be like bites. After you bake, Pierce wooden skewers and serve.

Ina, very interesting recipe. I think it will be great. Will try! Thanks for the recipe!

They became great meatballs!

I'm glad you like it. Minced meat can be prepared in a standard way for ordinary meatballs. For example, I do not put bread and vegetables only. So become healthier.

Bravo, bravo! Meatballs now only in this recipe.

rtodorovska, very glad that you like!
