Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
400 g mushrooms
5-6 roasted red peppers
200 ml liquid cooking cream
1 bunch fresh garlic
1 bunch dill
200 g processed cheese (or smoked )
200 g cheese
in 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Cook potatoes (boiled), peel and cut into slices. Cut mushrooms, peppers, garlic and dill. All this added to the potatoes, add processed cheese chunks, salt, pepper and a good mix. In a baking dish greased with sunflower oil sent down the whole mixture, pour the cream and bake about 30 minutes, grated cheese on top and dopichame until lightly browned.
