Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
300 g pistachios
6 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
125 g butter
# For the syrup:
500 ml water
500 g sugar
the juice of 1 / 2 lemon

Method
Pistachios are crushed into small pieces, mixed with cinnamon and sugar 6 tbsp. Take two sheets sprinkled with mixture, roll to roll and cut each roll into 8 equal pieces. Arranged tightly next to each other in a greased pan, then smeared with melted butter and bake in a moderate oven. Syrup Boil and pour over the cooled baklava, allow to stand for several hours.
