Balls of breadcrumbs soup

Ingredients
6-7 tbsp breadcrumbs
2 tbsp butter
1 egg
1 yolk
salt
pepper or parsley

Method
In deep bowl mix the butter foam, gradually add the egg , egg yolk, salt, pepper (parsley) and breadcrumbs. Involved not hard dough. Pellets are made and placed immediately in the final boiling soup.

Great. For the first time I meet a similar recipe.

Do these balls usually when I have only broth without meat. Put a little chopped onion, carrot, potato, which then squash, tomatoes and parsley. A quick soup!
