Banitsa with boiled eggs

Ingredients
5 hard boiled eggs
300 g feta cheese
100 g mayonnaise
400 g yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
300 g of finely rolled filo pastry sheets

Method
The oven is allowed to warm to 180C. Eggs are peeled and grated. They add the crumbled feta cheese, mayonnaise and yogurt, which is extinguished soda. Mix well. This stuffing is coated pan banitsa - or rank three and roll, then place in a buttered rectangular baking dish. After baking, the banitsa sprayed with water and cover with a towel.
