Banitsa with leek and cheese

Ingredients
300 g flour
1/2 tsp soda
100 ml water
100 ml sunflower oil
# For the filling:
600 g leek
250 g feta cheese
3 tbsp yogurt
2 eggs

Method
From flour, baking soda, salt and water are kneaded stiff dough, which was allowed to cool for 1 hour. Cut the leek into small pieces and stew in oil until soft, cool and mix with the feta cheese, eggs and yogurt. Spread the dough in a greased tray by pulling the ends of the edge. Browns slightly. Pour the filling and bake another 30 minutes in a moderate oven.

know her recipe from my mother, a wonderful pastry becomes. Leeks gives a slightly sweet and very refined taste combined with cheese :)
