Banitsa with leek and rice

# prepared pastry or dough from:
2 cup flour
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp salt
30 g yeast
lukewarm water
# For the filling:
5 leeks onion
1 cup Rice
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup sunflower oil
salt, pepper and paprika, Tharos

Involved dough and allow to rest 20 minutes, covered with a cloth. Then divided into 3 balls and rolled buns, the size of the tray, which will be baked. Leek stew in a little sunflower oil and a little water, add the rice and boil it, add salt to taste and add other spices. In a greased pan with sunflower oil to put a pita, top half leek second pita, the second half empty and covered with sheet third. Allow to rise covered for 15-20 minutes. The banitsa cut into portions and pour the heated sunflower oil. Bake in a moderate oven until browned. Hot sprayed with cold water and cover with a towel. * The banitsa can be prepared and ready to peel - imposed or spiral.
