Method
Leek cut into small pieces. You do not you add some cheese or cottage cheese to the mix? And I leeks gently braise a little soft so I know from my grandmother. Then add a little cheese eggs and some yogurt about half a cup.
With cheese and cottage cheese is another kind of pie with leeks - is it in the catalog. This is exactly right - not pre-onion stew. Leeks is quite fragile and just stew cooks.
