500 g ready peel
2 leeks
2 eggs
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp flour
5 tbsp sunflower oil

Leek cut into small pieces. Eggs, mix thoroughly and add to the onions, yogurt, reconstituted it soda and flour. 1 Spread crust with sunflower oil, put on her second crust smeared and she and sprinkle with stuffing. Wound on a roll and place in a greased rectangular baking dish. So wound and other sheet and after line up all the rolls, sprinkle with sunflower oil and bake in a moderate oven. You do not you add some cheese or cottage cheese to the mix? And I leeks gently braise a little soft so I know from my grandmother. Then add a little cheese eggs and some yogurt about half a cup.

With cheese and cottage cheese is another kind of pie with leeks - is it in the catalog. This is exactly right - not pre-onion stew. Leeks is quite fragile and just stew cooks.
