50 ml milk
20 g butter
100 g sour cream
50 ml beer
1 Egg

Method
To prepare the soup clean red beets, potatoes and an onion. Cut them into large cubes. In a saucepan of heated olive oil saute the vegetables until soft. Pour over with 1 l. Of cold water and add the white wine. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Once boiled vegetables, add the milk and the butter and blend. For making onion rings, mix in a bowl the flour, beer and eggs and mix well. You need to get a mixture of density boza. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and a little cumin.
