Ingredients
500 g prepared filo pastry sheets
4 eggs
2 vanilla
400 g yogurt
10 g baking powder
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup sunflower oil
# For the syrup:
4 cup water
2 cup sugar
2 vanilla
Method
Slice the peel into strips and bake until lightly browning in the oven. In bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, sunflower oil, yogurt and baking powder. Pour mixture over phyllo and to leave in the oven. Spew hot syrup over cold banitsa.
