Blini with beer

Ingredients
250 g flour
3 eggs
100 ml beer
40 ml milk
2 tbsp sunflower oil
pinch of salt
lump of butter or even sunflower oil for frying
Method
Flour, the oil, eggs and salt are mixed. Mix well and pour beer into parts. Finally to the dough pour a little of the milk. Frying pan is coated with fat and deep spoon pour the dough. Fry for 2 minutes on each side. Instead of beer to the dough can be added yeast.
