Boiled chicken with lemon

Ingredients
1 chicken
the juice of 1 lemon
50 g carrots
piece of celery
250 g mushrooms
60 g butter
100 g almonds
3/4 cup (150 ml) sherry
1 egg
4 tbsp cream
250 g onion
pepper
salt
Method
Chicken rubbed with the juice of half a lemon, add salt, sprinkle pepper and squeeze the second half of the lemon into the abdominal cavity . Place in a small saucepan, pour boiling water so that the chicken is submerged, add the vegetables and boil on low heat until soft. Limp chicken out and leave in a warm place. The chopped mushrooms fried in butter, pour 100 g of chicken broth, add the sherry, scalded and peeled almonds and warmed. The cream is mixed with the egg, was added portionwise little hot broth and fight to compression. Add mushroom mixture and chopped chicken portions pour the sauce.
