Boiled mushroom salad

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
2 bay leaves
2 Allspice
4-5 tbsp vinegar
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt, pepper
1 tsp sugar
garlic flour

Method
Mushrooms Wash and cut into chunks. Spices are put in a pot, pour a little water, add the mushrooms. Boil for 15-20 minutes, or until there is almost fat. Season with garlic flour. * Garlic flour can be replaced with fresh garlic.

This salad is one of our favorite set with fresh garlic is much more than a delicious meal with garlic.

Great idea for appetizer. I put oil instead of vegetable oil and 1 garlic Parsley broth cube became great.
