Brandenburg hearts

Ingredients
100 g butter (margarine)
4 eggs
lemon zest
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
150 g flour
50 g of powdered sugar
# For glaze:
1 egg white
1 heaped tbsp sugar
25 g almonds
Method
Boil Eggs are hard, peel and egg yolks are creased. They add the butter, lemon rind and spices and mix well. Beat egg whites separately with powdered sugar, add sifted flour, mixed with the above mixture and the dough was allowed 1 hour cold.
