Ingredients
1 kg of flour
500 ml milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cube of yeast

70 g butter

Method
In suitable container pour almost all the flour (leave a little to knead), make a well in the middle and put two egg whites and the third (the yolk left spreads already leavened bread), vinegar and the oil. In a separate vessel warmed milk with salt and sugar, add the yeast and the prepared mixture and pour a little into the well and mix until a soft dough begins to form bubbles. Thus prepared dough is divided into two parts, each ball is rolled elliptical crust thick about 2 cm, coated with plenty of butter or margarine and twist roll is cut into pieces and put up with the severed part in a crouch with butter pan . Leave in a warm place to rise for 1 hour, when filled in the court which will bake smeared with yolk away with 2-3 drops of water or milk, sprinkle with plenty of sesame placed in the oven and then on for 45-50 minutes at 150 C.
