Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
100 g butter
1 tbsp mustard
egg 1
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
pepper, salt
Method
Chicken breasts into two. Crushed with a wooden mallet as schnitzel. Each piece is coated with mustard and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Thus prepared cutlets are immersed alternately in flour, egg, breadcrumbs and egg again. Fry in a highly preheated oil.
