Breaded cutlet

Ingredients
700 g of beef topside or apple
salt
pepper
2 eggs
4 tbsp flour
5-6 tbsp breadcrumbs
40 g butter
fat frying
Method
Cleaned skins of meat cut into 4 patty that crushed on both sides, add salt, the scatter with pepper and rolled in flour. After a few minutes immersed in the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs and again in the eggs and fry in preheated oil until golden color. Remove to a warm plate. Just before serving on the warm slices, placing some of the butter.
