Breaded Flounder

Ingredients
1 kg fillets of plaice
200 g starch
4 eggs
5 lemons
salt, pepper
fat frying

Method
Fillets, sprinkle with salt and pepper and grate them on a chopped zest. Fillets are rolled in starch and then in salted beaten eggs. Fry on medium heat. When serving dripped with lemon juice. * flounder can be replaced with sole and possibly starch flour.
