Breaded nettle

Ingredients
250 g seedlings young nettle
3 eggs
70 g flour
dill
salt
200 ml sunflower oil for frying
Breaded nettle

Method
Eggs are broken well. Add flour and if necessary some water was added to obtain a liquid batter for breading, more densely than boza. Add salt to taste and add the finely chopped dill. Nettle is washed and left on a towel to drain the water. Take seedlings dipped in breading and fry until browned.
