Brioche - II type

350 ml lukewarm milk
350 ml yogurt + a pinch of soda
16 tbsp sugar
1 cube of yeast (40 g)
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
1 kg of flour
filling: feta cheese, jam, Turkish delight, chocolate spread
spreads: 1 pc yolk, 2 drops of vinegar, 1 tsp sunflower oil
Interfere medium soft dough. Divide the dough into 4 balls, let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
