Ingredients
1 kg Brussels sprouts
250 g cheese
100 g butter
50 g breadcrumbs
Salt

Method
Brussels sprouts are cooked, preferably steam. Strain in a greased baking dish with butter put order axillary buds on top, sprinkle with salt and grated cheese lumps butter, then again rank order axillary buds and so on until finished. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs, cheese and bits of butter. Bake in a moderate oven for 20 minutes.
