Brussels sprouts with chestnuts and bacon

600 g Brussels sprouts
350 g chestnut
180 g bacon
40 g butter
1/2 cup vegetable broth
30 g breadcrumbs
nutmeg, black pepper, salt

In a saucepan pour water and bring to boil. Chestnuts is cleaved with a knife and placed in the water. Leave to boil for 30 minutes. Drained of water and peel. Sprout is cleaved with a knife in the heart and put in boiling salted water for 15 minutes. Bacon cut into cubes and fry in a Teflon pan. Was added crushed chestnut, reduce fire and kept for several minutes. In a greased baking pan put cabbage. Add bacon and chestnuts. Add salt and pepper and nutmeg. Add the broth and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Everything is mixed and put on top pieces butter. Bake at 180C for 15 minutes, then bake an upper wire.
