1 sour cabbage
700 g - 1 kg pork ribs
4 raw sausages
2-3 smoked sausage (or other smoked sausage)
50-100 g salo
1 cup cabbage juice
paprika, salt
sunflower oil
Cabbage cut into strips and salo thin slices. Heat a little sunflower oil in a deep pot for frying and add salo, fried to golden to grow a good fat. Add cabbage in salo and fry for 5-6 minutes, rasvat few pinches of paprika, stir and add 1 cup of cabbage juice.
