Ingredients
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup milk
120 g butter
coarse salt
1 cup flour
4-5 eggs
100 g feta cheese Gruyere + extra for sprinkling
pepper
grated nutmeg
Method
Heat the oven to 200 C. In a saucepan mix water, milk, sliced ​​butter and a pinch of salt and bring to the boil. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon until the formation of a homogeneous dough. Stir over low heat until dry and separate from the pot - about 2 minutes. Scrape the dough and put in a bowl and leave to cool for about 1 minute. To this was added the eggs one at a time, stirring vigorously after each. Add the feta cheese and a pinch of black pepper and nutmeg. The dough is placed in a syringe with a circular hole with a diameter of 1 cm and sprayed onto baking paper at a distance 5 cm from each other. Sprinkle with feta cheese and bake in about 20-25 minutes or until puffed and gain golden brown. Serve hot.
