Buterki with meat stuffing - II type

Ingredients
800 g chicken mince
3 green onions
3 eggs
1.4 kg puff pastry
300 g grated cheese
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp dried garlic
1/2 tsp coriander
1 tsp white pepper

Method
Cut the onion. Is blended into minced meat with spices, white pepper, 2 eggs, 1 egg white and onion, add the grated cheese and minced meat izmesva again. Thawed dough and cut into squares. Put two heaped tsp of minced meat in one corner of the square. Twist buns. Buterkite surface is smeared with egg yolk and sprinkle with homemade savory. Bake in a preheated 180 C oven 20-25 minutes.

I liked the stuffing, I will try soon to make muffins, but they rolled together as a bundle.
