Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
300 g of ham, salami or other sausage
300 g cheese
1 egg white

Method
Ham pieces are arranged on the dough, which is screwed into a roll. In order not to be dissolved, the end of the dough is coated with a egg white and pressed. The roll is cut into slices, sprinkle with grated cheese and baked.
