Ingredients
1/2 small cabbage
2 tbsp sunflower oil
4 uncooked smoked sausages
1 sour apple, cut into thin slices
1 tbsp mustard
200 ml white wine
100 g sour cream
1 tsp sage (sage)
salt, pepper
Method
The sausages were cut into pieces and fry gently in the oil. Remove and keep warm. Cabbage cut into 4 slices, without removing the stalk. Put it in a heated frying sausages from fat. Once lightly browned on both sides, add salt and pour the wine. As the liquid boil off half, add the apples, mustard, sage and cream. Sausages are returned. Stew for another 3-4 minutes.
