Cake with carrots

Ingredients
5 eggs
600 g of powdered sugar
180 g carrots
240 g almonds
1/4 cup (50 g) flour
pinch of baking soda
2 tbsp (20 ml) cherry brandy
lemon peel
butter spreads
flour porasrane
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
Method
Yolks are broken down by 1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) powdered sugar until foaming, add boiled, peeled and grated almonds, grated lemon peel, grated carrots, flour sifted with baking soda, and finally the cherry brandy with beat hard whites. Pour dough in an oiled and sprinkled with flour form and bake in oven weak. Hot cake is coated with glaze, prepared by mixing the remaining powdered sugar, lemon juice, grated lemon peel and a little water (about 2 tbsp).
