Cake with peaches - II type

Ingredients
300 g flour
3 tbsp milk
150 g butter at room temperature
150 g sugar
4 eggs
4 peaches or nectarines
1 lemon
1 package dry yeast
2 pinches salt

Method
The butter and sugar cream, then flavored with lemon zest. Add the eggs, one by one, then the flour sifted with salt and yeast is added and the milk stream. Place the mixture in a greased and floured baking dish, then arrange slices of peaches. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 180 C for 45 minutes.
