Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
3 cups (600 g) yogurt
1 full tsp (10 g) yeast or 1/2 tsp (3 g) of baking soda
salt

Method
Of flour, yogurt, baking soda (or yeast) and salt prepare dough slightly thicker than pancake batter (if dough is made with yeast, then leave for 2-3 hours in a warm place to rise). Warm tikla (ceramic plate) or pan, greased with butter and place on plate oven or stove. With a larger spoon pour a layer of dough, 2-3 mm thick. After baking by one party pays a flat spoon to bake the other side. Baked cakes are coated with butter, arranged one on top of another in a suitable container and Dot to soften. Serve warm with yogurt, sugar, jam or honey.
