Cannelloni with chicken

Ingredients
# For the dough:
300 g flour
3 eggs
1/2 onion
1/2 carrot
1 sprig celery
1 tbsp olive oil
salt
# For the filling:
1/2 Chicken
2 roasted red peppers
1 clove garlic
2-3 slices of bread
2 twigs parsley
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
salt
# For the sauce:
500 ml milk
50 g butter
1 tbsp flour

Method
Salt dough is sticky dough, sprinkle with flour and leave to rest for 30 minutes . Then roll it into a thin crust, which are cut rectangles. Put them in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes and drain on a clean kitchen towel. Chicken cooked with onion, carrot and celery, then cleaned of skin and bones. Meat, onions, peppers, garlic, parsley and nutmeg are ground into a thick paste. Bread soaked in milk, put it into paste and stir until well mixed. In each rectangle is placed on the filling, rolled in rolls and arrange in a greased pan. Prepare the sauce, fry the flour in butter, diluted with milk, add salt and allow to boil until it thickens slightly. Rolls pour the sauce, sprinkle with plenty of cheese and bake at 200-220 C until golden brown.

Vesi big game with these cannelloni own making! Can not finished with not cook? With chicken I have not never full, very interesting sounds, and I stewed chicken yesterday, almost a whole remained.

Rally I'm not rules, but I like the recipe. And I have not seen ready to sell. Me after your chicken is ready, the dough will not take much time in December :) But generally a toy :), but delicious.
