Carp baked with vinegar and garlic

Ingredients
1 carp
5 garlic cloves
1/3 cup vinegar
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp salt

Method
Carp is cleaned of scales and cut from the back. Appropriate tray is coated with the oil. The fish is salted and left for about 15 minutes to absorb salt. The oven is preheated. Put carp bake until browned. During this time, crushed garlic and add the vinegar. Once the fish is already baked, still hot pour garlic mixture. Serve with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes.

Well, your fish loves lemons, why and put vinegar. I put the juice of 1 lemon. The scent of lemon is another thing.
