          Method
              Carrots are washed, peeled, cleaned and peeler cut into thin strips. Fry the potatoes in the fryer, but in less time. It is important to catch the moment are crispy but not burnt because begin to bitter. After removing are put on kitchen paper to drain excess oil and add salt to taste. Are slightly sweet and very tasty.     Similarly prepared and bat (sweet potato).
