500 g carrots
500 g yogurt
3 tbsp olive oil
3-4 sklidki garlic
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Grated carrots in large pieces grater. Fry them in olive oil for 10 minutes. Squeezing yoghurt for 30 minutes in a strainer coffee machine. Pressed or crushed garlic and mix all ingredients. Add salt to taste. * This salad can be prepared with beetroot, as before, it is boiled until soft, grate on large grater and flavored with spices and drained yogurt.
