Castile soup

Ingredients
150 g pork
50 g vermicelli
1 tomato
1 tsp paprika
5-6 peppercorns
1 boiled egg
salt
parsley
few biscuits

Method
The meat is boiled and cut into small pieces. Strain the broth through a fine sieve and put in the chopped meat to boil again, but this time Pour noodles and salt. When the noodles begin to swell add pre finely chopped tomato, red pepper and black pepper. Soup boil about 15 minutes, during which boil one egg and cut into small cubes, add it to the soup with chopped parsley sprigs. Boil for about 10 minutes. When served added and biscuits. * It is very important when we prepare the soup, we must not allow the amount of water to fall below 1 liter. Add water if necessary. Depending on taste, the soup can be made denser by smashing 1 spoon flour into a cup of water and add until boiling.
