Chicken dolmas in chicken kozhichkki

Ingredients
1 chicken
500 g mushrooms
200 g grated cheese
salt, pepper, paprika, cumin
chicken skins
white wine or beer
Method
The chicken is boiled and boned meat is broken into small pieces. Mushrooms cut and fry them add chicken. Fry and add the red pepper, fry 2 more minutes and remove from heat. Add the other spices. Once cool a bit and add cheese. Chicken skins are washed and lightly salted, wrap up the dolmas and arrange in a baking dish, sprinkle again with spices and napraskavat with white wine or beer. Optional put pieces of butter in a few places (cuticles enough fat).
