Chicken fillet with melted cheese

Ingredients
3 chicken breast fillet
# For the marinade:
zest of 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder or 1-2 cloves pressed
salt
# For the sauce:
3-4 triangles processed cheese
50 ml freshly Mlaka
pepper
Method
Fillets wash, dry with a tissue and each cut into 3 pieces. Immersed in the marinade, stir and leave for 2-3 hours. Marinated fillets are flourt and fry in preheated oil until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon. Processed cheese was crushed with a fork, add the milk and pour into the pan, where fried fish fillets. Stir until melting of the feta cheese and homogenizing the mixture. Remove from heat and add pepper to taste. With the finished sauce is poured over the fillets.
