1 chicken fillet or chicken portions
1 cube chicken broth or another seasoning for chicken
5-6 tbsp flour
2-3 cloves garlic
juice 1/2 lemon
250 g yogurt

Cleaned and washed chicken pour cold water. Allow to boil, otpenva and to it add broth, onion (not split crosswise to the end) and the whole carrot. Boil until complete readiness of meat. Then the meat is removed, is chopped and the broth is strained. In a finger (recumbent) hot sunflower oil fry the flour, stirring to off-white, pulling from heat and immediately diluted with hot broth, stirring continuously to avoid the formation of lumps. Add ragged chicken, pressed garlic, pepper and simmer 5-10 minutes. Finally bind with beat yolks, yogurt and juice of half a lemon. Add salt to taste and allow exceptions on stove for 5 minutes.
