Chicken with fruit and lemon rice

Ingredients
4-5 chicken legs
juice and grated zest of 2 oranges
2 tbsp soy sauce
4 apricots
peaches 2
50 g butter
1 cup Rice
juice from 1/2 lemon
rind of 1 lemon
salt, pepper

Method
Legs marinated 1 hour in orange juice, orange peel, soy sauce and pepper. In a baking dish greased with butter rank in pieces, apricots and peaches. Put legs on top and pour the marinade. Add lumps butter and 1/2 cup water. Bake 15 minutes at 200 C and another 25-30 minutes at 180 C. The rice is boiled with lemon juice and rind. Add salt and add pepper. Upon presentation can be garnished with tomatoes, cucumbers and parsley.

Elena, bravo! Once they do, I liked the idea with lemon rice!

Today I have made them, a greater dose. Marinate them 4 hours time pe4ene became 80 minutes. Finally the taste was just sladnist, so I put and spicy, and 1 tablespoon MAGI deli soup. So *doopravenoto* dish was well received, thanks for the recipe!

Rally, in truth, and I put a little curry and chili sauce.

:-) I made pictures, is not nearly as beautiful as yours, but I can not get them, no cable. Further. Next time I'll try a curry.
