Chicken liver with cream and dill

Ingredients
200 g chicken livers
1 tbsp butter
200 ml cream
salt
white pepper
dill
Method
In hot butter fry the livers until almost. Add cream and a pinch of salt and white pepper. When the cream is thickened remove from heat. Sprinkle with plenty of chopped dill.
