Chicken Marsala

750 g chicken breasts
flour for rolling
1/4 cup olive oil or sunflower oil
120 g thinly sliced ​​prosciutto
250 g mushrooms or porcini mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tbsp butter

Cutlets rolled in flour and fry in hot sunflower oil on medium heat in a large skillet. Fry approximately 5 minutes on each side until golden, turning once while. Season with a little salt and pepper and add the wine. After about a minute and add the chicken broth and let simmer for a few minutes to drop a little sauce.
