Chicken mince

1 onion
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 carrot
200 g mushrooms
1/3 cup Rice
250 g minced meat
1 tsp dried herbs and red pepper
pepper, salt
1 chicken
1/2 head sour cabbage

The hot sunflower oil fry the chopped onion and carrot cubes. Add mushrooms, rice, minced meat and spices. Allow to pozaparzhat and pour 1 cup water. Boil until the rice is almost done. Chicken salt it inside and fill with stuffing. The hole is pinned with a toothpick. In a large pan put the chopped sauerkraut confused with red pepper and, if left stuffing.
