Chicken with peppers and walnuts in a pan

Ingredients
600 g of white chicken meat
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
2 large peppers
1 bunch green onions
100 g of cooked rice
50 g walnuts
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Method
Cut the meat into small cubes and fry in a pan with hot oil. Add salt, pepper, peppers cut into strips, coarsely chopped onion and fry 7-8 minutes. Pour 1/2 cup hot water and put pre-cooked rice, coarsely chopped walnuts and parsley. Stir and stew for another 5 minutes.
