Chicken porridge with carrot and dill

Ingredients
1/2 boneless roast or boiled skinless chicken
1 small carrot
1 onion
2 tbsp olive oil
200 g yogurt
1 egg
4-5 tbsp toasted wholemeal
4-5 sprigs fresh dill
1 tsp black pepper, salt
butter

Method
Carrots and onions are grated and sauté in olive oil and a little water. Bake the flour and allow to cool. In court stir the egg, add the flour and dilute with yogurt. Stir until evenly mixed. Add 600 ml cold water and stirred again. This mixture is poured with stewed carrots and onions. When the clock is added and ragged meat, chopped dill, pepper. Add salt to taste. Cook-in 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (desired density can be achieved with more or less added water). Once you turn off the heat, put the butter to melt in the mess. When serving can doovkusi optional with more pepper.

I love chicken mess, but I never personally had not cooked. I saw the recipe and photos, and I thought it would be delicious. Try it and was very tasty. Dill and transmit very different but pleasant taste. Thanks for shared recipe :)
