Chicken porridge with nettle

Ingredients
250 g chicken breast
4 handfuls of nettle
4 tbsp flour
100 g butter
1 onion
1 carrot
3-4 cloves crushed garlic
salt, pepper
Method
Chicken is boiled in 3 cups salted water with onion and carrot, split in two parts. Nettle is cleaned, cut into small pieces and placed briefly in three other cup boiling, salted water. It is rubbed with a spoon or mixer. Flour, fry until golden. Pour the chicken broth and scalding nettles. To the resulting slurry was added chicken, chopped (it is set aside small pieces for garnish) and nettle. The dish is cooked to thicken while stirring. Before removing from heat and add the crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
