Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
600-700 g chicken steak
200 ml cream
1/3 cup red wine
1 onion
pepper, salt

mushrooms optional

Method
In the glass pot (clay casseroles) put chopped potatoes, mushrooms, onions and meat, counterfeiting and mix well. Pour the wine and cream away with a glass of water and put last. Bake in a moderate oven until ready potatoes, then get out the cover and bake until golden. * For glass pan or stew - not pre-heat the oven.
