Ingredients
          1 kg chicken
          2 cloves garlic
          30 g fresh coriander
          a few thin slices of cheese or other feta cheese
          50 g feta cheese feta
          1 egg
          50 g breadcrumbs
          30 g of soy sauce
          20 g olive oil
              Method
              Fillets cut into two to become thinner. Marinated in soy sauce, about 15-20 minutes. The pieces are crushed until they become very thin. Prepare the filling of diced feta, chopped coriander and crushed garlic. On each fillet put a piece of cheese, sprinkles on top of filling. Wind up roll dipped in beaten egg and add some breadcrumbs in. Fry in olive oil on all sides until a crispy crust. Rolls are arranged in a baking dish and baked for 10 minutes 190S.
