Ingredients
1 cup Chickpeas
1 onion and leek stalk
1 carrot
piece of root or stalk celery
piece ginger
2 cloves garlic
1-2 tomatoes - fresh or canned or 1 tbsp tomato paste
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
parsley
optional - 1 tbsp toasted flour

Method
Chickpeas soak in water for 10-12 hours. Rinse, pour cold water and boiled. I use a pressure cooker and is ready for 25-30 minutes. onions and leeks finely, carrot, celery and ginger is grated or diced. Stew in the heated sunflower oil until ready. Finally, add sliced garlic and Next 1 - 2 minutes chopped tomatoes or fuzzy in a little cold water tomato paste. Add the drained chickpeas and a bit of water gram.
