1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg slightly broken

1/4 cup vegetable oil (sunflower oil)
1 vanilla
1/2 cup boiling water
