Ingredients
180 g chocolate
60 g butter
20 g of powdered sugar
2 yolks
4 egg whites
1 tbsp cognac
Method
Chocolate is broken into pieces, add 1 tbsp water and melting of poorly heated stove. Remove from heat, add the butter and stir. Add the egg yolks while stirring, then cognac. Egg whites broken down into foam with icing sugar mix thoroughly with chocolate sauce mixture and gently stir. Pour into glasses and leave in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
